No breakfast options though. WiFi was solid and beds comfy. The area felt secure and welcoming with all the amenities like free toiletries and a shower. No complaints about the stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a guy named Raul who went out of his way to assist me with an international call to print my airline tickets. On the downside, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the common areas, like the hallway not being vacuumed. The bathroom needed better attention too. There were slow drains and some hairs left in the tub. Parking was adequate, and the location right off I-10 was convenient. However, the noise from the interstate was noticeable at times, especially when the windows were open. If they improved housekeeping and noise insulation, it would enhance the overall experience significantly.

No one wants to deal with dirty conditions, but the friendly staff and comfortable bed made the experience bearable. It's unfortunate that the key card kept malfunctioning, but lovely staff members worked hard to make things right. I wish they'd paid better attention to cleaning, as it needed improvement.
